Our Lowest Price Guarantee is simple.
If you find a tuxedo rental that is the same brand, style and color at another location, all you have to do is show us the competitor’s lower price and we will match it 200%.

Rendezvous has a 200% price match guarantee that works like this:
  1. We will refund 100% of the difference between our price and the lowest competitors price
  2. We will give another 100% of the difference as instore credit.
Here are the only qualifications:
  1. The tuxedo rental must be the same brand, style, and color
  2. Rendezvous must be informed of the price difference before the tuxedo use date. 
  3. You must provide evidence that the competitor is offering a lower price.
  4. The competitor must be located with 100 miles of Rendezvous Formal Wear

TUXEDO FIT GUARANTEE


Our Tuxedo Fit Guarantee is simple.
If your tuxedo does not fit correctly we will do everything in our ability to correct it, if we are unsuccessful we will refund the price of the miss fit item.
Here are the only qualifications:
  1. The item must be determined to be a miss fit at least 3 days prior to the wear date or within 36 hours of being contacted that the tuxedo is ready, whichever is closer to the event date.
  2. Rendezvous must be informed of that the item is a miss fit as soon as possible once discovered.
  3. This does not apply when measurements are not taken by a member of the Rendezvous Staff

  • When you refer 5 people your tux is FREE
  • Referrals must be made between the time you place your order with us and your wear date for your tuxedo.
  • When an order is placed if they mention your name as referring them we will track it and you will be one step closer to your free rental
